"Should we use the services of an Insurance Counselor?"

In response to a rapidly changing insurance climate, more and more organizations are asking: "Should we use the services of an Insurance Counselor?"

The answer usually falls into one of four categories:

1. "Yes" - because many businesses are not large enough to employ a full-time insurance (risk) manager.  In fact, many Fortune 1000 companies and governmental units have Insurance Management Departments.

2. "Yes" - because many businesses have special concerns regarding insurance coverage such as availability and affordability.

3. "Yes" - because many businesses need assistance reviewing specific insurance programs to assure compliance.  Knowing that the proper program is in place, not only can lower costs but at the same time increase business moral knowing that the proper program is in place.

4. "Yes" - because many businesses require specialized research to coordinate current insurance programs.
